Delivery Charges and Shipping Policy

  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over PKR 4,000 within Pakistan.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below PKR 3,999 will incur a PKR 300 shipping charge.
  • Premium Shipping: Faster delivery is available at an additional cost.
  • Delivery Locations: We deliver to residential or commercial addresses only, excluding PO boxes.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make two attempts to deliver your order.
  • Signature Required: A signature is mandatory upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Payment Methods

You can pay securely using the following methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash, NayPay, and SadaPay
  • Credit/Debit Cards

All payments are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only.


Delivery Time

  • Faisalabad Orders: Delivered the next day.
  • Major Cities (e.g., Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 3-4 business days.
  • Other Locations: Delivery times may vary.

Order Status

You can track your order status on our website using the order number provided in your confirmation email.

  • Pending: Your order has been received.
  • Phone Verified: A representative has confirmed your order.
  • Order Shipped: Your order is on its way, and you’ll receive a tracking number.
  • Order Complete: Your order has been delivered and signed for.
  • Order Cancelled: If canceled, you’ll receive an email with the reason.

Invoice

Invoices are sent via email in PDF format upon shipment. You can also download your invoice using your order number.

Non-Goals Wear Products

We cannot process returns or exchanges for items not purchased from Goals Wear. Ensure all returns include original packaging and tags.


Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligible within 14 days of delivery for unused, non-sale items.

  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement if it hasn’t been processed.
  • How to Cancel: Notify us via Call/WhatsApp/Email/Insta/FB before your order is shipped.
  • Store-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons like stock unavailability, incomplete details, or non-verification of payment.
